If you're not completely satisfied we will help make it right
Case products are produced with quality and integrity. Our knives are handmade and we often use natural materials; which may have slight variations in color and texture, making each knife unique.
If you feel the need to return an item you have purchased on our website, we will gladly process your return and will even pay the return postage. Please complete the new merchandise return form, submit it to us, and we'll send you a prepaid shipping label to return your product. Merchandise returned for a refund must be in new, unused condition.
Please note the following:
- Offer valid for products returned within 30 days of the order shipment date.
- Offer valid for items purchased on caseknives.com.
- Returns are not accepted for personalized knives.
- Merchandise returned for a refund must be complete, in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
- Items returned with a value of $250 or more may be subject to a restocking fee of $25, at Case’s discretion.
