Return Eligibility
You may return eligible merchandise purchased on caseknives.com within 30 days of the order shipment date.
To qualify for a refund, merchandise must:
- Be purchased from caseknives.com.
- Be complete and in new, unused condition.
- Be returned in the original packaging.
If you purchased your Case product from a Case authorized dealer, contact that retailer for details of their return policy. Case does not accept returns for merchandise purchased through third-party retail locations.
Return Shipping
Case provides a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns submitted through the New Merchandise Return Form.
Return Exceptions
- Returns are not accepted for personalized knives.

Items returned with a value of $250 or more may be subject to a $25 restocking fee at Case's discretion.
Please Note: Case knives are handcrafted using quality materials. Because many knives incorporate natural materials, slight variations in color and texture are normal and make each knife unique.
