Repairing Your Case Knife

Learn how to get your Case knife repaired.

Per our warranty, Case will attempt to repair any Case knife that may have a defect in materials or workmanship. If you believe your Case knife has a manufacturing defect or needs repair, please complete our repair form.

Once you submit the repair form, our Repair Technicians will be supplied with the information along with any photos you provide of your knife.  We will then contact you by email or telephone to provide more information on how to get your Case knife back in working order once we hear from our repair technicians.

If your issue is deemed warranted and repairs cannot be made, we will offer you a new knife from our current product line that most closely matches the item sent in for repair. However, if the knife holds sentimental value or is a collector's item and cannot be repaired, Case is not responsible for offering a replacement or repayment that is equal in value.

DO NOT ship automatic knives back to us. Federal and state laws restrict the transportation and shipping of these types of knives. We ask that you do not ship an Automatic Knife directly back to us. Please take it back to an Authorized Dealer or contact Case Consumer Relations at 800-523-6350 for specific instructions.
